This is a free Anti Virus scanning service over the Internet. I use this all the time when I think my computer has gotten infected or for clients when their machines have become infected, because I do not have to remove the Anti Virus program that is installed on the computer. It does require some time to run through it's paces, I also suggest that you only use this with a broadband connection (DSL or Cable). If you are unfamiliar with how to deal with the Virus' or Trojans once they are reported.
