We are Online, waiting to provide you with Online Computer Support...

For the past three years now WebbIT® has offered a diverse list of services to it's customers, i.e. Custom Back Office web based services, Custom and Template Real Estate web sites with RealTime MLS listing information, On Site computer hardware repair, Virus/Malware/Adware Removal and now we are offering Online Computer Support.

All our clients have to do is simply download a very small program. It runs automatically and connects to our support staff, where they can take control of the computer and for the most part do everything needed to setup Outlook, install and demonstrate software, too providing computer maintenance. The only things we can't do is change out hardware. At least not "Online".

How do we provide Online Computer Support?

This support program is easy to use, secure and does not change or add anything to your computer.

As a customer* of this service; all you have to do is, " Click here to Download our Program ":

  1. Once you have downloaded our safe program.
  2. You will be given the opportunity to run our program if you want, or you can close the small download window.
  3. Because you have downloaded this program to your desktop (most likely) you will see a new icon on your desktop that looks something like . You can click on this icon at anytime to connect to our support staff; Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00PM (EST)
  4. When you do click on our Icon, you will be asked "Are you sure you want to run this software?". There is nothing wrong here. Your PC is just protecting you from something it did not create. So to connect to us you need to click on "Run".
  5. You will now see a window appear (briefly) and then a new icon will show up on your task bar (bottom right of your computer screen) that looks like . This means the program is running.
  6. Know that you have started the program, and it is attempting to contact one of our tech's. Once we accept your request we will be able to view your desktop and perform most if not all of the tasks that involve getting your system back and running again smoothly.
  7. If we do not answer your Support Request within 5 minutes the program will automatically terminate and remove it's self from your computer
  8. You can also terminate your request at any time by "Right Mouse" click on the small icon (bottom right side of computer) that looks like with the new drop down menu open, select "Close" and your support request or our connection will be terminated.
  9. We prefer that the first time we work with you that we conduct each step of this process with you on the phone. So that we can answer any questions you may have for the duration of our work.
  10. Once we have done this a couple of times, we still like to talk with you briefly to understand what the problem is so that we can get right to work and our conversation will help us understand where our starting point will be.
  11. When we are done with our work we disconnect from your computer and send you a prompt email letting you know what we have done
