What a pleasure it is to find a company that has the ability and the determination to accomplish our web project in a timely and professional manner. Our company, Counter Source Industries (a manufacturing entity), has several locations in Delaware with a need to coordinate sales, manufacturing, installation, and billing. Webbit was contracted to implement an online web based operating system to allow our staff to view and react to changes in our job progression in real time. Additionally, Webbit integrated a web based time management system for our production facility.

By implementing these web based services we have seen a reduction in overtime, reduction in order processing time, increased product turn around, and increased gross margin. Though the initial cost of this project might have seemed high, setup and implementation costs were recouped over a three month period.

Though the bottom line is impressive, the real caveat is Webbit's technical support and long-term commitment to their clients. Webbit continues to maintain our system, implementing upgrades, monitoring traffic and adjusting our system to accommodate changes in our operations. Though many companies offer 24/7 technical support, few actually achieve it. Webbit goes out of their way to guarantee it. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Webbit.

WebbIT took over our site sometime ago when we became disappointed in the results of our previous web company. If you work with WebbIT, you will find them resourceful and responsive to your requests and when they say "We can do that", they will.

Everything within our web site is stored in a database, so when we make a change to the photos showing up in a Flash Photo Gallery, the effect is immediate. It is that way through out our site. So what used to take months now is accomplished in minutes. It actually takes us longer to figure out what we want to say than it does to make the changes.

We have decided to change Kit's name to Kit Rock!
